Last year at this time we were finalizing details for a very special little girl, Raquel. This girl has such a unique style and fun personality and it was important that it showed in her event design. From a “World Cup-Cake Station” where guests could decorate their own dessert to a photo booth that was inside of a Volkswagen Bug, no detail was spared.

A chandelier made of marshmallows hung above the Chalkboard DJ booth
Aaron’s Catering created a WorldCup Cake Station for an interactive dessert
A dessert cart was built just for Raquel to hold assorted desserts like mini donuts
Adult Guests retreated to the second floor of the venue, which featured 3 a 4′ x 6′ custom paper flower shadow box

The lounges in the kids area were built around the concept of “Raquel’s Bedroom” with things her favorite books and collectibles
A “junk food” snack bar upstairs balanced the dessert cart downstairs
